This was a very helpful post. I have struggled a bit in Microsoft with headers and footers. Mac is much easier for me. The web reference from Google talked about heading and/or footing odd and even pages differently. I can't think of a time when I would do that. Have you had a need to configure with that style of formatting? One thing I know for sure: I find the youtube postings much simplier to follow. Give me a cute little guy with a voice any day over a bunch of written instructions!!! Thanks for helpful information.
Hi Cindy, These were great tips about headers and footers! I am wondering what you thought about our computer class and the outcomes that are listed for it... would you change or add anything? It has been a very fast paced class but I have enjoyed the challenge of that -- I think I need a good deadline for inspiration sometimes, and the fast pace of this class forced me to jump in and attempt my homework even when I was feeling especially tentative. This blogging gig is a good bit of fun too, don't you think? Hope to read more from you soon!
Nadine-marie -- Agree that the pace has at times been challenging for our class. I think I would have benefitted from some repetition of some items rather than continually jetting off to something else. That being said, I feel like I have learned quite a bit and appreciate the deadline and push in some ways. I have definitely been introduced to blogging, and it can be fun and informative although I maybe am old enough to still prefer real life conversations. ha.
